Participation in the Creative Creators and Artists programme is open to all creative individuals, who are guaranteed:
2 x 1.5m exhibition space in a dedicated area at the Game Gang Show 2024,
one 160 x 80 cm table and 2 conference chairs,
Included branding with a 160x70cm forex board on the front of the table with the artist’s creative/logo (with co-branding of the segment sponsor at 10% of the format),
up to 300W of power consumption with a power strip, wireless WiFi connection,
inclusion on the event website with the logo (16:9) and one web link to the desired social media page/channel,
and two festival tickets for unlimited entrances/exits to the venue.
In return, we expect:
Payment of the registration fee of EUR 90 including VAT.
Attendance on all days of the event, minimum from 15.00 to 21.00 on Friday, 5. 4., from 10.00 to 21.00 on Saturday, 6.4. and on Sunday from 10.00 to 20.00 on Sunday, 7.4. 2024.
Promote attendance at the eventbefore the event starts on the creator’s existing own communication channels – social media posts, emails to past customers and provide proof of communication with screen captures after the Game Gang Show 2024.
